COLLEGE NOTES

Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, welcomed 1,869 new initiates from 78 universities during April.

They included the following students at Westminster College in Fulton: Courtney Sanford, of Portland; Toby Hughes, of Jefferson City; and Jonathan Banza, Ayanda Huate, Mohamed Ismacil and Allyn Oglesby Watson, all of Fulton.

Students from the evening school at Drury University in Springfield who made the spring dean’s list by earning a grade point average of 3.6 or greater include: Lydia Cox and Brookelyn Heck, both of Belle; Stephanie Wallace, of Eldon; Bryson Morrow, of Jefferson City; and

Julie Wagner, of Vienna.

Students from the day school at Drury who made the spring dean’s list include: Claire Baker and Claire Brandt, both of Chamois; Jade Hall, of Eldon;

Brandon Blevins, Brianna Mote and Brooke Spencer, all of Iberia; and William Kuster, Thomas Nield and Ryan Padberg, all of Jefferson City.

——— Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, conferred degrees to graduates May 13, including

Shane Colonius, of Eldon, who majored in strength and conditioning and exercise science, and Benjamin Rehagen, of Jefferson City, who majored in history.
