Total lunar eclipse over Jefferson City

A total lunar eclipse occurred Sunday night and was visisble when the cloud cover diminished enough for a clear view. The eclipse had a reddish orange appearance and is called a Blood Moon, which happens as the full moon moves into the deep umbral shadow of the Earth. This full moon was also a supermoon, which means the full moon was the closest to the Earth this month.
