Time to pour

The next part of the project near Ellis-Porter Riverside Park includes more curb and gutter followed by milling and overlay of new asphalt. In addition to the pavement upgrades, a retaining wall is being constructed throughout portions of Grant Street. The project is designed to improve traffic flow in and out of the park.
