Michael ‘Mike’ Wayne Polly, 41, of Eldon, passed away suddenly Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022.

Survivors include: his wife, Amy Polly; three children, Noah (Miranda), of Tuscumbia, Ethan and Ghram, of the home; parents, Rita Polly and Bruce Wansing, of Eldon; David and Cathy Polly, of Eugene; sisters, Miranda Montgomery, Tiffany Love, Elizabeth Robinson and Meghan Craft; brother, Beau Brinker; and “adopted” grandma, Sharon Klugman.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022 at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.

Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022, at Phillips Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Dooley Cemetery near Eldon.
