Cesar Antonio Blanco, 39, of Jefferson City, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021, at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital.

He was born in Nicaragua on September 27, 1981, to Cesar H. and Emilia (Gomez) Blanco.

On July 19, 2013, Cesar married Alicia Balladares in Jefferson City. She survives.

Cesar worked at Hitachi ABB, Jefferson City. If you knew Cesar, you knew he cheered for the Royals and was a huge Chiefs and NY Yankees fan. One of the major holidays he celebrated was Superbowl Sunday, especially these last two years. From fixing breakfast every morning for his kids or playing April Fools jokes on his family or watching and tasting what his brother, Francisco, was grilling, family was the most important part of Cesar’s life. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Alicia; four children, Samantha, Gabriella, Anthony and Jacob Blanco, all of Jefferson City; parents, Cesar and Emilia Blanco of Brooklyn, N.Y.; three siblings, Maryuris (Roberto Macias) Blanco of Jefferson City, Ramon (Alba) Blanco of Jefferson City, Francisco (Edita) Blanco of Jefferson City; and seven nieces and nephews, Maryuris, Roberto, Alvaro, Francisco, Ramon, Oskatherine, Emily and Frank.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Rosa Maria Hernandez.

Private family services will be held at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, Jefferson City.
