Centertown woman injured in crash

A Centertown woman was injured in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Moniteau County.

Missouri Highway Patrol reports state the crash occurred at 2 p.m. on Missouri 179, just north of School Avenue.

Geneva Stegeman, 54, suffered a medical issue, which caused her to leave the left side of the road and strike a road sign and tree before coming to a stop. She was wearing a seat belt and was treated for minor injuries.
